Company Overview

Bravo Communications Services LLC is leading the Identity Credential Access Management Next Gen Single Sign On (ICAM NG SSO) program for the Department of Veterans Affairs. This program aims to modernize the VA's Single Sign-On (SSO) technology to enhance security, user experience, and operational efficiency.

Position Overview

The Integration Manager (Business Analyst) will oversee the integration of business processes and systems for the ICAM NG SSO program. This role involves analyzing business requirements, developing integration plans, and ensuring seamless integration of systems.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the integration of business processes and systems.
  • Analyze business requirements and develop integration plans.
  • Ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Monitor and report on integration performance.
  • Conduct regular business process assessments.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for integration processes.
  • Identify and mitigate integration risks.
  • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and support to the team.

Required Experience/Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business analysis and integration.
  • Strong understanding of SSO technologies and business processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement integration plans.
  • Experience with federal business processes and regulations.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies.
  • Experience in process design and modeling.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based business solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience/Qualifications

  • Experience working with federal agencies.
  • Certification in business analysis or related fields.
  • Knowledge of VA systems and processes.
  • Experience in managing business integration for large-scale systems.
  • Familiarity with federal procurement processes.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles.
  • Experience in performance tuning and optimization.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Understanding of network and infrastructure integration.
  • Experience in system migration and modernization.
