Company Overview

Bravo Communications Services LLC is leading the Identity Credential Access Management Next Gen Single Sign On (ICAM NG SSO) program for the Department of Veterans Affairs. This program aims to modernize the VA's Single Sign-On (SSO) technology to enhance security, user experience, and operational efficiency.

Position Overview

The Content Development and Training Lead will develop training materials and conduct training sessions for the ICAM NG SSO program. This role involves creating content, delivering training, and ensuring that staff members are well-prepared to use the new SSO system.

Responsibilities

  • Develop training materials for the ICAM NG SSO program.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff members.
  • Ensure that staff members are well-prepared to use the new SSO system.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs.
  • Monitor and report on training effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain training documentation.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to staff members.
  • Identify and mitigate training risks.
  • Ensure compliance with training standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement training plans and strategies.
  • Evaluate and update training materials regularly.
  • Facilitate workshops and hands-on training sessions.
  • Create e-learning modules and online training resources.
  • Assess the training needs of different user groups.
  • Coordinate with external training providers if necessary.

Required Experience/Qualifications

  • Proven experience in content development and training.
  • Strong understanding of SSO technologies and training practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop and deliver training materials.
  • Experience with training tools and technologies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in training planning and strategy development.
  • Familiarity with training frameworks and best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies.
