Bravo Communications Services LLC is leading the Identity Credential Access Management Next Gen Single Sign On (ICAM NG SSO) program for the Department of Veterans Affairs. The Content Development and Training Lead will develop training materials and conduct training sessions for the ICAM NG SSO program. This role involves creating content, delivering training, and ensuring that staff members are well-prepared to use the new SSO system.
