Company Overview

Bravo Communications Services LLC is leading the Identity Governance and Administration program for the Department of Veterans Affairs. This program aims to modernize the VA's Identity Governance Solution technology to enhance security, user experience, and operational efficiency.

Position Overview

The Identity SME Product Manager will oversee the development and implementation of identity management solutions for the IGA program. This role involves managing product development, ensuring compliance with identity standards, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and implementation of identity governance solutions.
  • Manage product development and timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with identity standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Monitor and report on product performance.
  • Develop and maintain product documentation.
  • Conduct regular product assessments.
  • Identify and mitigate product risks.
  • Provide training and support to the team.
  • Develop and implement product strategies.

Required Experience/Qualifications

  • 7+ experience in identity management.
  • 7+ Years experience with product management and development.
  • 7+ Years experience with Saviynt
  • Strong understanding of Identity governance technologies and identity standards.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability and willingness to jump in and be hands on with the team when required.
  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Knowledge of federal identity standards and regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with identity management tools and technologies.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies.

Preferred Experience/Qualifications

Experience working with federal agencies, specifically Veterans Affairs
Certification in identity management or related fields.
Knowledge of VA systems and processes.
Experience in managing identity solutions for large-scale systems.
Familiarity with federal procurement processes.
Knowledge of product management practices.
Experience in vendor management.
Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
Understanding of cybersecurity principles.
Strong project management skills.
Experience in product roadmap planning.
Migration Experience moving applications to Saviynt
