Position Overview

The CID Team Lead is responsible for managing delivery of integrated mission capabilities at the Boulder Ground Innovation Facility. This role ensures effective coordination of technical implementation, customer acceptance, and support planning for Space Force mission partners.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track delivery of integrated solutions across engineering, cyber, and infrastructure teams.
  • Manage stakeholder engagements, acceptance criteria, and handoffs.
  • Align delivery schedules with mission priorities and technical readiness.
  • Support continuous improvement of delivery frameworks and mission enablement.

Required Experience/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, or related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience managing capability development and delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams supporting defense programs.

Special Requirements/Security Clearance

  • Active Secret clearance: TS/SCI prefered.
