Cole Engineering Services (CESI), a By Light company, is recognized as a premier provider of modeling and simulation (M&S) training solutions to the Federal Government and industry. The Training Delivery Manager is a key role responsible leading a group on instructors and training diverse DoD audiences, including range engineers, on operating the Persistent Cyber Training Environment (PCTE)—the world’s largest cyber range. The candidate will be responsible for managing the training delivery team in preparing, scheduling, delivering, and evaluating technical training delivery. The candidate will partner with the Platform Training Team Lead, Platform Training Team Project Manager, and the content development team to ensure the writing of training materials specific to PCTE platform. This role involves delivering technical training virtually, in-residence, or in hybrid formats, and contributing to the development of effective training programs.
This position is located in the Annapolis Junction area and currently offers a hybrid work schedule based on current program requirements.
Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires U. S. Citizenship status and a TS/SCI security clearance. Security Clearance requirements will be specified in the Government's Task Order.
Based on the roles, responsibilities, and requirements, the projected pay range for this position is: $160,000 - $207,000.
The annual base salary provided is a guideline for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. When extending an offer, CESI also considers other variables such as (but not limited to) work experience, education, training, skill set, internal peer equity, clearance level, and market conditions.
