By Light Corporate Headquarters looking for a Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team in McLean, VA. Responsibilities include greeting, answering phones, processing expenses and scheduling.  We are looking for an individual with strong communication and customer service skills.

• Welcome guests, employees, and clients who arrive at the office and clarify the purpose of their visit and who they want to see
• Provide temporary badging
• Provide parking expenses assistance for guest
• Provide scheduling support to the executive team
• Process expense reports
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail
• Order office supplies
• Stock the office to include kitchens
• Keep kitchens clean and neat to include dishwasher loading/unloading
• Support office luncheons and events throughout the year
• Provide support for ad hoc requests
• Core hours 8:30 – 5:00 M-F

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to learn new systems
• Reliable, professional, courteous, and patient
• Strong communications skills
• Strong organizational skills
