    By Light is seeking a Program Support Associate who will work closely with the Program Manager and assist with day to day operations. This position will also provide on-site project coordination and administrative support to a complex contract, project, task(s) or business unit.

    • Support the project staff by facilitating project logistics such as meetings, conference calls; prepare meeting minutes and describe action items; perform follow-up; and assist in presentation development.
    • Coordinate with program PMO to ensure smooth onboarding and assimilation of new project members as well as overseeing offboarding of outgoing project members. 
    • Ensure compliance with all organization requirements.
    • Plan and coordinate project scheduling and administrative tasks.
    • Track project deliverables and milestones

    Required Experience/Qualifications

    • Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience performing in a similar role
    • This is a highly interactive role and as such, you will need excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and the ability to deal with both internal and external stakeholders.
    • Solid MS office abilities to include MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS SharePoint, MS Outlook, MS Word, & MS Project.
    • Experience using SharePoint and ability to provide basic user-level administration support to users
    • Mature, teachable, self-motivated with a positive attitude and good work ethic, the successful candidate will be a team player who is proactive
    • Must be detail-oriented while maintaining and consistently displaying multi-tasking abilities in a busy, professional environment on a client site and able to exhibit problem solving abilities
    • Ability to maintain professionalism to the client and the within the contractor support team
    • Analytical skills and ability to interpret data
    • Excellent prioritization and coordination skills with the ability to work to multiple deadlines under pressure.

    Preferred Experience/Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree preferred

    Special Requirements/Security Clearance

    • Minimum Interim Secret Clearance
