    By Light is hiring an Intel Recruiter to join our subsidiary, Axom Technologies, in Annapolis Junction, MD.


    Axom Technologies was founded in 2004 with a mission to serve the nation by delivering secure, top-of-the-line Information Technology, Cyber Solution, and Engineering Services. Axom currently holds 10 DoD prime programs working to support Fort Meade, DISA, SOCOM and other DoD customers.     • Source candidates through job boards, social media, and employee referrals
    • Review resumes and credentials for appropriate skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to the position requirements
    • Coordinate with project managers to schedule phone and in-person interviews
    • Manage requisition activity and candidate status within the applicant tracking system
    • Manage candidate expectations throughout the recruitment process

    Required Experience/Qualifications

    • At least 1 year of recruitment experience for technical positions in the Intel community
    • Experience hiring for job openings with TS/SCI and Polygraph requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree with a record of high academic achievement
    • Experience using web-based recruiting tools, including social media, job boards, and applicant tracking systems
    • Ability to cold-call and build relationships by phone
    • Proven administrative and organizational skills, attention to detail
    • Ability to gain conceptual understanding of a wide variety of functional/technical/engineering concepts
