    By Light is hiring a Cyber Security Project Manager to join our team supporting MARTA in Atlanta. This position will provide subject matter expertise to MARTA in the development and implementation of a comprehensive cybersecurity program. At the direction of the Chief Information Security Officer or his designee, the Project Manager will facilitate and lead the project team with the product evaluation, selection and implementation.

    • Facilitate a cross functional team with planning, and coordination to incorporate cybersecurity into Legacy, In-Progress, and Pre-procurement for all Authority networks, including but not limited to control systems, enterprise systems, compliance system and other critical security related systems in the Authority.
    • The PM's efforts will support existing efforts and add new projects to increase MARTA's cybersecurity profile and evaluate potential MARTA cybersecurity zones against evolving APTA standards for the Operationally Critical Security Zone (OCSZ).

    Required Experience/Qualifications

    • Bachelors or Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Electric Engineering, Computer Science or an equivalent relevant technical degree and professional experience.
    • Minimum of three years Project Management experience for large organization.
    • A hands-on knowledge of various Infouuatiou Techuulugy solutions, Security concepts and solutions and Project Management.
    • Familiarity with scoping projects resources, Vendor engagement and writing Statements of Works (SOW), Request for Proposals (RFP's) and reporting to upper management on status, project risks and issues.
    • Working knowledge of Payment Card Industry (PCI), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), and some knowledge of cybersecurity criteria in design and operation of control systems is necessary, along with exposure to industry cybersecurity standards such as from the NIST 800 series, NERC CIP, or ISA.
