• Support a network enterprise operations center, including conducting evaluation, integration, fielding, administration, maintenance, testing, and operation of networks, systems, and subsystems.
• Work on a team configuring and maintaining operational systems and DoD products for field sites and remote locations.
• Collaborate with the Information Assurance and Computer Network Defense teams to implement Security Technical Implementation Guidelines (STIGs), monitor system activity, and modify configurations to respond to security threats and requirements, as needed.
• Maintain and update network traffic management, routing, firewalls, and load balancing devices. \
• Design, develop, and implement system changes and enhancements.

• Experience with configuring network routers and switches and troubleshooting LAN/WAN networks
• Experience with provisioning and troubleshooting data communication links, including SATCOM, DS-3, T-1
• Knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting advanced networking routing and switching, firewalls concepts, principals and protocols, including EIGRP, BGP, Vrf, DMVPN, IPsec, GRE tunneling, VLAN’, Virtual Port-Channels, link aggregation, or PSTN   
• HS diploma and 10+ years of experience with network engineering, AA or AS degree and 8+ years of experience with network engineering, or BA or BS degree and 4+ years of experience with network engineering
• Security+, CCNA Security, or DoD IAT Level 2 cybersecurity certifications
• CCNA Routing and Switching Certification

Additional Qualifications:

• Knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting wireless and mobility controllers and access points
• Knowledge of Voice-over-IP (VoIP) fundamentals and technologies, including Call Manager, Unity, and IP phones
• Knowledge of Video Teleconferencing fundamentals and technologies
• Knowledge of Cisco, Linux, and VMware systems
• Ability to work with Load-balancers, WAN accelerators, Call Manager, Unity, and IP phones
• CCNP Certification

• Secret clearance is required.
