Overview

By Light is searching for an IA Specialist for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Cybersecurity Network Operations (CyberNetOps) Design Deploy Sustain (CNODDS) contract. The team will provide lifecycle services that ID6 or successors use to architect, develop, integrate, deploy, secure, operationalize, sustain, document, patch, monitor, optimize and evolve CyberNetOps capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for conducting security control assessments, reviewing the adequacy of the security controls and their ability to protect the system’s information and tailoring the security controls to ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate with system and network administrators for security compliance verification and assessment using DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and other Security Recommendation Guides (SRGs). 
  • Maintain A&A/RMF documentation required by DOD RMF, STIGs, and SRGs: Security Plan, Plan of Action & Milestones (POA&M), Software/Hardware Inventory, Network diagrams, INFOSEC Policies and Procedures, Risk Assessment Report, Security Assessment Plan and Report; Contingency Plan and Incident Response Plan.
  • Use DOD Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) to scan systems for vulnerabilities and interpret scan results. Monitor Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM).

Required Experience/Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity  with ACAS, HBSS, STIGS and POA&Ms
  • Proficient in clear and precise writing
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Able to manage time and priorities effectively

Special Requirements/Security Clearance

  • Secret Clearance Required
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Some Travel may be required.
