By Light is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to join our team in a proposal to support enterprise-wide technical and programmatic support services to Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Work for this contract includes but is not limited to Incident/Problem Coordination (I/PCT), Change Management, ICE Network Operations Center (NOC), Enterprise Email and Domain Management (EEDM), Enterprise Wide Tools Team (EWTT), ITSM (ServiceNow).

• Provide leadership to all contract personnel (including subcontractors).
• Responsible for the management, performance, and completion of project tasks.
• Ensure program schedule, performance, and deliverables are met.
• Manages, supports, and/or participates in schedules, reports, program reviews, briefings, conferences, and meetings.

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT relevant discipline
• 10 years of professional experience in IT support services
• 5 years of project management experience
• Active PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate

• Must be capable of obtaining/maintaining Top Secret / SCI security clearance
