Overview

Subject matter expert in OT cybersecurity able to operate across multiple critical infrastructure industries who is responsible for designing and delivering best in class cybersecurity products and services. Responsible for developing and leading diverse technical teams across multiple projects.  Expectations for this position are dynamic, requiring the position to operate at strategic, operational, and tactical levels within the organization.

Engaged technical expert and leader as required to meet client deliverables and objectives.  Candidate will assist with determining operational requirements of new and existing products and services. Will be responsible for ongoing project execution and ensure timely delivery of client products. Will be expected to support multiple simultaneous engagements as a subject matter expert and will participate in key milestones for client deliverables. 

Responsibilities

  • Recommends team assignments for active projects based on the needs of the project and capabilities of teammates.
  • Supports proposal development activities to ensure scope and schedule is accurate and achievable.
  • Develops technical content such as blog posts, whitepapers, technical articles.
  • Supports research and development and product development efforts as required.
  • Acts as technical escalation throughout business to support project teams as needed.
  • Supports the review of KPI’s for earned value management and project management.
  • Works with project management team to develop and implement accurate project reporting processes.
  • Contributes to the development and maintenance of processes, playbooks, guides, and manuals.
  • Supports the development of a training program to enable high quality contributors.
  • Supports the business with assessing new partnerships and products.
  • Supports the development of a quality plan for all cybersecurity products and services offered.

Required Experience/Qualifications

10+ years of control system and networking experience within OT environments

Vulnerability assessment experience required

Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux and other software used within control system environments

Experience with Incident Response/Handling desired, but not mandatory

Working knowledge (and hands on) of various assessment tools that may include Nozomi, Nessus, Nmap and related testing tools

Experience implementing and assessing against various cybersecurity compliance standards such as ISA/IEC-62443, NIST CSF, API 1164, NERC-CIP

Experience developing and leading teams

Excellent writing and communication skills

User level knowledge of Office 365 suite

Recommended certifications: GICSP, GSEC, CISSP (or equivalent) certification

 

Special Requirements/Security Clearance

  • Up to 50% travel. Primary travel will be within the United States with the possibility of travel outside of the USA.
  • Must be able to pass a background check, drug, and alcohol screening.
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record for the past 3 years.
  • No employer sponsorship of U.S. residency or work authorization with this role.
