The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Europe District (NAU) provides vital engineering, construction, and environmental solutions in support of U.S. European Command (EUCOM) and U.S. Africa Command (AFRICOM) areas of responsibility. By Light is looking to staff positions that would provide  innovative, customer-focused, and cost-effective Information Management/Information Technology (IM/IT) support services by applying industry standard best practices in addressing USACE NAU mission requirements. Specific services include system administration, network and telecommunication administration services, end user services (help desk), software applications, SharePoint services, cyber security, configuration management, and program management support. 

• Responsible for auditing new and existing information systems applications to ensure that appropriate controls exist, that processing is efficient and accurate, and that systems procedures comply with DoD standards.
• Interfaces with user community to understand their security needs and implements procedures to accommodate them.
• Ensures that user community understands and adheres to necessary procedures to maintain security, e.g. annual training.
• Requires familiarity with domain structures, user authentication, and digital signatures.
• Conducts accurate evaluation of the level of security required.
• Assists in the support of Certification and Accreditation (C&A) or other Information Assurance/ Computer Network Defense (IA/CND) Compliance and Auditing processes and inspections for all enterprise systems and networks.
• Assists in the development of all associated documentation.

• Education/Experience: BA/BS with 5+ years’ experience with McAfee and Tenavle.SC products.
• Certifications: DoD 8570.01 IAM II (CAP or CASP or CISSP)
• Must have experience with DISA STIGs, HBSS/AESS, ACAS and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager

• Has the communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates.

• Security Clearance: Secret
