Overview

Cole Engineering Services, a By Light Company, is seeking a highly motivated candidate to support vendor license management activities for software licenses procured and configured within the Persistent Cyber Training Environment (PCTE). 

Responsibilities

  • Supports license agreements ensuring processes, procedures and training associated with licensed software agreements are effectively articulated to all stakeholders.
  • Provides technical license support for all customers. 
  • Maintains and manages all license agreements for software used in cyber range environments.
  • Tracks software license usage within range to ensure there are no violations to any license agreements.  
  • Manage and monitor vendors for speed, quality, and responsiveness, as well as potential issues or concerns that could impact operations. 
  • Supports technical documentation compiling, writing, editing, and or coordination as required. 
  • Able to work with limited supervision and able to resolve complex problems with limited or no assistance. 
  • Lead the process for all new non-standard IT/Cyber software requests.
  • Work with Logistics Software Databases

Required Experience/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering Discipline, or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years of systems and software lifecycle management experience
  • MS Office proficient

Preferred Experience/Qualifications

  • Experience with software license acquisition and renewal process.
  • Experience tracking software license in a database to track license status and usage.
  • Experience with the following software/hardware development, collaboration tools, and process. (JIRA, Confluence, Agile/Scrum)

Special Requirements/Security Clearance

  • Ability to obtain a SECRET to TOP SECRET security clearance.
