We are seeking a Pricing Analyst to be an integral member of the Finance and Pricing team; contributing to the development of the pricing strategy, identifying risks, and interpreting solicitation requirements for proposals and modifications to proposals.  The Pricing Analyst will be responsible for preparing pricing models and cost proposal narratives in accordance with Government solicitation requirements.

• Lead the preparation of price/cost models and price volume documents in a timely manner
• Participate in reviews and pricing discussions with Executive Management
• Analyze input from Technical Solutions team to help explain and form a final competitive proposal submission
• Work closely with the Business Development/Proposal team in understanding customer requirements relevant to proposal pricing, and assist with development of pricing strategies
• Assist in gathering information for competitive analysis and utilizing data to develop price-to-win (PTW) strategies
• Prepare timely, accurate, and compliant pricing models
• Analyze and compile cost data while maintaining detailed estimating files for future inquiries and compliance with audits
• Provide direction to subcontractors involved in proposal preparation
• Prepare or assist in baseline budgets for project direct costs
• Work closely with Project Finance team to interpreting pricing documents and estimation of completion costs, as required

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or similar discipline preferred
• 3+ years of pricing/finance experience in government contracting, or equivalent combination of education and training
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
• Proficient Microsoft Excel skills required
• Must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently
• Ability to clearly communicate in both verbal and written formats; must be detailed oriented
  
• Must have good time management skills in order meet all internal and external deadlines

• Experience in accounting and/or financial disciplines
• Familiarity with Government Cost Accounting Principles (CAS) and the FAR
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, with skills in Excel creating complex models
• Knowledge of all contract types including FFP, CPFF, CPAF, CPIF, and T&M
• Knowledge of financial measurement principles such as earned value, ROI
