Position Overview

 Essential Job Functions:   Develop as part of an agile development team, capabilities for a next generation training system. The codebase consists of Angular, TypeScript, Java, and NodeJS.  Software is developed in an Agile DevSecOps environment.

Required Experience/Qualifications

 Required Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or university.

 Experience:

  • Minimum of Eight years software development experience, with at least Six (6) years’ experience developing in Angular, TypeScript, Java, and NodeJS.
  • Experience with NoSQL or SQL databases.
  • Experience with the Atlassian suite of tools including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Bamboo required.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, S3, Kafka, Grafana, Prometheus;

Ansible Experience with AWS and/or Azure, a plus.

  • Experience with Nexus, Harbor, Maven, Gradle, a plus.
  • Experience with CesiumJS library or similar 3D toolset, a plus.
  • Must have experience working both independently and as a member of a software development team.

Special Requirements/Security Clearance

This is an onsite position at a CESI Orlando facility.

Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires U. S. Citizenship status with ability to obtain a SECRET to TOP SECRET security clearance. Security Clearance requirements will be specified in the Government's Task Order.
